FAQ
What to do if my items arrive damaged?
• While rare, the item may have missed quality control, resulting in defective stitching, a hole in the garment, or failed print resulting in a design fading after the first wash. If that were to happen, please contact us via email contact@arteezt.com with photos and other details about the defect, and we will arrange a free replacement for you. Note that if the item has a vinegar smell and/or off-white residue, that is normal, a remainder of the fixation agent applied to the print will disappear after the first wash.
Can I cancel my order?
Most often the items ordered are already in the process of being printed, and we are in that case unable to stop that process. Contact us via the email contact@arteezt.com as soon as possible and we will attempt to cancel the order as long as the order is not already in the production. If we cannot intercept the order in time the order cannot be canceled and it will ship to you as ordered. So make sure to review your order for accuracy before submitting the order.
Where do you ship?
We ship to virtually any location within the United States. Sorry, we do not offer international shipment at this time! All of our items are printed on demand, especially for your order. This is to ensure we create a minimum amount of waste for your local landfill. All orders are shipped with tracking. If you don’t receive a shipping confirmation with tracking within 5 business days, please contact us.
What are your wash care instructions for printed garments?
Turn your garment inside out to avoid scratches and friction, keeping the printed area safe. Wash them with cold water—opt for temperatures at or below 30°C (86°F) to be gentle on the print, preventing fading or shrinkage. Use a delicate cycle—set your machine to around 600 rpm to minimize friction. Choose a soft detergent, as harsher ones can cause the ink to fade or discolor. Avoid fabric softener and dry cleaning, as they can be too harsh for the ink, degrading print quality. Additionally, avoid bleach; if necessary opt for a non-chlorine bleach.
How long from order to delivery times?
In total the order processing + the order shipping may take roughly 10 days: up to 5 business days for the printing processing time and an additional 3 to 5 business days for shipping. Shipping might take longer during holidays.
Returns and Exchanges of defective items.
You can return a damaged or incorrect item for a refund or exchange within 14 days of receiving your original order. Please contact us with an explanation about the item problem in addition to pictures detailing those problems. We will follow up with additional instructions and/or details about the resolution.
Give you the address of your closest warehouse. Clothing items must not be worn or damaged and return shipping costs are non-refundable. You are responsible for the shipping of all returns and exchanges. We will ship the exchanged item back to you for no additional fee. For your security, we recommend shipping your package with a carrier that can provide you with a tracking number.
