Returns & Exchanges Policy
All items are made-to-order, so please note that all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason, including buyer’s remorse or sizing mistakes. Orders are processed and go into production shortly after they are placed, so cancellations are not possible.

If you receive a defective item, please notify us within 10 days of receipt. To initiate a return or exchange for a defective product, email us at contact@arteezt.com   with clear pictures of the defect. We will send a replacement item upon receipt of the returned defective item. Return Policies

Because all items are made-to-order we cannot accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final; however, defective items will be honored if Arteezt is notified within 10 days from when the product was received. To return/exchange a defective item, please contact contact@arteezt.com and provide pictures of the defective item which clearly identify the problem/defect. Upon return, a replacement item will be sent.
