Returns & Exchanges
All items are made-to-order, so please note that all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason, including buyer’s remorse or sizing mistakes. Orders are processed and go into production shortly after they are placed, so cancellations are not possible.
Defective Items: If you receive a defective item, please notify us within 10 days of receipt. To initiate a return or exchange for a defective product, email us at contact@arteezt.com with clear pictures of the defect. We will send a replacement item upon receipt of the returned defective item.

Shipping
Order Fulfillment: As all items are made-to-order, please allow 3-7 business days for processing and fulfillment. During peak times, fulfillment may take an additional day.
Standard Shipping: After your order is fulfilled, standard shipping takes 3-5 business days. Please note that shipping times are additional to the fulfillment period.

International Shipping: We currently only ship within the United States and do not accept international orders.
