Adept3 LLC, DBA Arteezt, was founded in Austin, Texas by a father-son team of entrepreneurs: Thomas and Lorenz von Schimonsky. Their business idea came about organically in their attempts to fulfill their own need for uniquely designed T-shirts that would express their passion for their hobbies and activities or which would become gifts to family and friends having their unique passions. In the case of the Arteezt team, Lorenz’s passion for photography, aviation, and airplane spotting, and their joint interest in table tennis as beginner players. Not finding any suitable t-shirts in the market they decided to design their t-shirts – thus, originating the first categories of t-shirts in Arteezt: Aviation, Airplane Spotting, and Table Tennis. The design team has also been enhanced with the contributions of a diverse international team of independent graphic artists. Creativity and entrepreneurial pursuit is what motivates our team.
